I have symptoms of shoulder and neck pain stiffness causing the left side of my face to be tingly and numb. There are NO headaches or dizziness involved at all. Usually when my face starts to tingle/numb sometimes have to pop by neck a certian way before the my face numbness will go away. I have been having these symtoms for years now, I am curently 25 yrs old, been going on since teen years. I do have bad posture which could be a result of this condition, I am aware of my posture at all times and try to correct it constantly. My question is, should this be a concern for me? Is it okay to keep having to pop my neck on a daily basis several times a day? And my left side of my face becoming numb is that normal for my condition?
