Numbness in arms

Yes. We are here for you. Please explain a little more as to what is going on. Do you have any idea what is causing the numbness, such as did you bend your arms fo long periods of time or did you hurt yourself? Numbness in the limbs, be it arms or leggs can be contributed to many things, from the kind of medicines you take to poor circulation, menapause, etc. With such limited information, that is the best I can answer. Why are you upset and if who felt the same way?

I am apparently have Anxiety Attacks. Its usually my left arm that is feeling numb. I am having bad chest(my breast) pains. I also feel weird in the head, like I don't feel like myself. I keep thinking about death, and I keep thinking I won't be around the next day. I just want to know ways that will help calm me down. I just can't help thinking if I have some kind of cancer or a heart problem.

I have the same problem. Both my arms went numb and it scared me really bad. I went to the Dr. and then i found out it was anxiety as well. im glad to hear other people have the same problem. i mean that i am not alone. but i still feel numb in my arms and i wish it would go away but worrying about it just makes it worse

My left arm is numb and cold too, it's all very scary,all these strange pains we get with anxiety,yesterday I had numb lips and tongue,I thought I was having a allergic reaction,the ambulance was called but it was just anxiety again,I've managed to get rid of the panic attacks by embracing them,it's just all these strange pains,I wish they would stop

i had the same a few weeks ago i woke at about 5 am and felt like my arms started tingling then felt like they was going numb and cold but not long after they were fine it made me really worry tho so not sure wot it is.
