Numbness and tingling of the fingers

Hello,

For the past two and a half weeks now I have been having numbness and tingling in my right hand. Funny...in only happens at night while I'm bed and the pains wakes me from my sleep. It only occurs in my 2 middle fingers and thumb. Just to make mention, this began after I started using a new workout machine called the Gazell (something like a ski machine) What could be causing this strange feeling in my hand at night?
