Hi I am new to this and I would really appreciate any help or suggestions.

I am 24, normal weight and height and up until 5 years ago I have never had any problems or worries with my health.

My body is a complete mess. These are my symptoms:

Giddiness/Dizziness
Numbness in various parts of body
Feeling of weakness or detatchment in left arm
Tremor in right hand
Feel like speech is slurred
Very sore neck that cracks
Tingles in head and face
Tingles in legs
Bachache
Spaced out feeling

I have had MRI Brain, CT Brain,Neck X RAY, Various blood tests,ECG, seen 2 neurologists and everything is normal.

I have been told by countless Drs that this is anxiety/stress related but the only thing I'm anxious about is my symptoms. How can this be anxiety if some or all of the symptoms are there constantly?

I have seen a Chiropractor for my neck but this did not help. I am currently waiting for an MRI of my neck!

I am also seeing a hypnotherapist. This seems to be helping with my worrying thoughts but the symptoms are not going.

I have had weird sensations for 5 years now and it really is getting in the way of my life. I have had to book 2 weeks off work as I had an ambulance called out to my office because my head was tingling so badly!!

Can this really be anxiety?
