I had a spinal fusion with Ray Cage back in 1998. [ LOWER BACK] After sitting for any period of time...when I get up to walk I experience numbness in the back of my legs from my buttocks to the bottom of my feet. My motion of movement is quite restricted . Its like the top of my body wants to move but the bottom half can't keep up. Its similar to walking with club feet or neuropathy ...I feel like a 80 year old man after sitting for any period of time. This is starting to affect my job performance and concerns me. Thanks for your input in advance sunny
