numbness and heavy feelings in both legs

I'm a 36 yr old man and have a question about this leg pain I've been getting lately. It feels like my legs are very heavy and they go numb. This happends more at nite when I'm resting. My legs are in constant pain. The has been going on for some time now. I would appreciate a response. Thank you.
