my body gets numb all over to the point i can not move, i can't even yell out for help, my heart stops, and i lose my breath; the only thing i can do is open my eyes and move my eyes to look around. that's all! it's so scary! i don't know what it is. could it be some kind of sleep disorder, or related to something else? this has happened to me 3 or 4 times over the past 2 or three months.
