I was going through a really really bad time about 6 months ago and had an anxiety attack i in the middle of the night and woke up short of breath heart racing and my hands and feet and whole body were numb and felt asleep and it freaked me out really bad. Now 6 months later I've gotten on a great track and my life is going very well. I got high with some friends the other night and the numbness that i felt when I had my anxiety attack came back but i didn't/dont feel anxious at all, ive actually felt great and this numbness hasnt freaked me out its just been a nuisance for about a day and a half or two, it comes and goes every now and then through out the day, and since it hasnt gone away Im wondering if it could be something worse, some kind of placebo effect that i cant break, or im wondering if i have some anxious feelings that i cant see, if anyone has anything to say on the subject please comment.

make sure it is not your gall bladder. often gall bladder attacks are mistaken for anxiety attacks.
