Sleep apnea is associated with elevated blood pressures, and your more recent blood pressures are slightly elevated. If you cannot use the special sleep equipment, sometimes sleeping on the side (rather than on the back) can help respiration. I assume that you are getting some treatment for your chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
Aren't you rather overweight for your height? Losing some weight would be excellent for your blood pressure and might be good for your COPD and sleep apnea also. Sure - feel free to discuss these matters with your doctor.
