Hello,

within last few years i have noticed that sometimes a size of a un regular ball appears inside my vagina. it is not hard or painful. It is slight dicomform during sexual intercorse but no pain. Can you please help me to diagnose what is it. I have been to gynecologist on many occasions and it has never been spotted. First time I have noticed it I went A&E (abt 6 yers ago) the doctor felt it but couldnt tell me what it is, the doctorasked me if i was constipated (which i wasnt) and that was it. Ihave read abt uterus tipped, couldthat be it? can that prevent me from having kids?

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
It is difficult to comment on the ‘ball’ that you describe without examining you. You should consider visiting your gynecologist/obstetrician for examination when it is prominent. The possibility of you feeling the cervix, retroverted uterus, or a cyst or polyp cannot be ruled. Only after careful examination the cause can be made out. If any abnormality is detected, appropriate treatment options would be suggested (based on examination findings and investigation results).
Take care.
