Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
The lesion could be due to vaginal melanoma (mole), eczema, psoriasis, trichomoniasis, fungal infections, allergic lesion, etc. You should consider visiting your gynecologist for a check if this has been present/persistent for more than a week. You might be referred to dermatologist/skin specialist if needed to confirm the exact cause and start you on treatment.
Take care.
