Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
It is difficult to comment on the symptoms/’greyish’ lesions that you describe without examining you and looking at your further investigation results (as indicated by examination). You should consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for an examination and further tests (if needed) to look for the cause. Get started on appropriate treatment as indicated. Drink plenty of water. Avoid vaginal douching, use of harsh soap, perfumes or deodorants in the area. Use loose cotton undergarments. Avoid tight fitting clothes. Keep the area dry and clean.
Take care.
