I've taken 5+ at home pregnancy tests, which have all been positive. Last week i went to the doc who told me i would be about 14 wks along and decided to do an ultrasound. After he did, he told me he seen nothing and tested me again, which came out positive again. Could it be that its still too early to see anything or could something else be going on with my body?

Sounds like you are no where near 14 weeks. How did he come to this figure if he can't see anything? Could you be around 4-5 weeks maybe?

At 14 weeks, your baby cannot be missed by ultrasound. He or she would be around 3 1/2 inches long - about the size of a flip-phone if it were closed. If your doctor couldn't find your baby by ultrasound, it's because you're not far along enough. Like Ingi said, you might be 4-6 weeks along instead of 14.
