Dr. i had sex with my girl friend but nothing came out of my penis even after a long session still my penis was erect and remain as it is for an hour or 2
then the red portion didn't even gone inside the foreskin as it was earlier going i am feeling very uneasy this se was not my first time it was my 5 time but i had the same problem earlier once

do i have wasted all my sperm
pls reply me sir
