To be honest.. I have had a lot of sex in my life ( im a female, no worries, im all clean and checked often) But for the last 5 yrs or so (cannot remember really before that) I seem to have the problem tnat I cannot cum/get wet when wanted/needed. I will get turned on, some wettness will be there, but as soon as it "hits the air" it disappears; evaperates: "like MAGIC"... I will be turned on, things start happening and the wettness is gone-- not even a second later too. Then during sex, half of the time I will cum a little bit, certainly not much (feels great through) and other times have amazing orgasims but no increase in or any wettness... fustrating. then after sex is done.... 20 min later or so i will get wet out of the blue.. like a late reaction.or even a day later... just not when sex is happening. being dry causes sex to hurt, so it limits sex sessions. and lubes tend to sting my parts (does anyone know why??) also-- sometimes i just get wet for no reason during the day doing nothing sexual. i suppose that is normal, i hear....

sorry for so long. but just looking for any advise or ideas like herbal vitamins or anything that can help
Thank you..

are you on birth control? because alot of times unfortunately birth control can cause some dryness...i've definitely noticed that, its one of the negative side effects but whatever...also, how old are you? if you are approaching menopause that could also be a reason..other than that I dont know what to tell you! have your man help you out alittle bit down there..my bf doesn't have a problem with that

thats one thing that some women complain about being on the depo shot. you could use ky-jelly. you could talk to your doctor to see what he suggest.
