Some people do outgrow asthma. By the doctor giving you an inhaler, you do have asthma. You can help control any attacks by not creating a problem that isn't there. Thousands of people have asthma, most of them do well if they follow the doctor instructions. Just be sure your asthma medicine and your panic attack medcine doesn't interfer with each other. You will be able to tell the difference between the two attacks...the main thing is to just think positive and don't over stress yourself. Relax and understand somethings in life are out of your hand, learn to focous on what you can control.
