Well it's probably not serious. It could be a few things. Ovulation (mid cycle) causes bloating sometimes. Also ovarian cysts do. I had a small cyst for a while that eventually went away. But when I had it, I had some major bloating! It was annoying. If your bloating continues to be bothersome, call your doctor and schedule an appointment.
