i am 23,not sexually active, not yet married, not preganant and has not had a child yet. but noticed my breast leaking milk for 2 months now. initially, i felt a little discomfort in both breast then later at night i noticed my nightie was wet from breastmilk. the flow is more on the left. my menstrual period is still regular. my night dress gets wet constatntly whether i press my breast or not. but i noticed decreased flow during my mensrtual period. i don't have any other symptom. just the leaking of milk from my breast which started suddenly.i feel so embarrassed my constantly wet night dress. what do i do? because i know it's only breastfeeding women who ought to be lactating. pls help!!!

Have your hormone levels checked. You could have an elevated prolactin level. Prolactin is the hormone that causes milk production in the breasts. Until then, try not to squeeze, milk or stimulate your breasts as this only encourages more milk production.
I had a similar problem years ago and was put on a drug called Dostinex for about sivx months before my level went back to normal. They never did figure out what had caused mine. The doctor suspected a tumor on my pituitary gland caused the problem but an MRI showed that there was no tumor or that it was too small to see.
