Q: Not pregnant after stopping pill

I've been on the pill since I first started having sex, 5 years ago. But about a year and a half ago I came off the pill but continued to have unprotected sex, we have the mind set that if I fall pregnant then thats ok, if I don't then thats ok too. But since I came off the pill I have had very very irregular periods and I am not, to my knowlegde, pregnant. Could I be infertile? I'm only 20.
