Hi,
Welcome to the forum. I am really glad to help you out. You seem to suffer from ovarian insufficiency causing the lack of ovulation. You’ll need to undergo the hormonal studies. Follicle stimulating hormone is the first test which is done to look for the ovarian insufficiency.

By convention, 2 FSH levels in the menopausal range for the specific assay (>40 µIU/mL by radioimmunoassay), measured at least 1 month apart, are diagnostic of Primary Ovarian Insufficiency. Serum estradiol level should also be measured and it is usually low in primary ovarian insufficiency. An ultrasound of the ovaries should also be done to rule out PCOD. PCOD is known to result in hormonal abnormalities and result in irregularity in the menstrual cycle. Please do consult a gynecologist for the same. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
