I was on the pill for 9 years. I went off it 4/08. I did not get my period until 7/08. I got pregnant on my first try in 8/08, only to find out I had a blighted ovum after two months of pregnancy.

My doctors had me take Misoprostol (abortion pill). I did this in 10/08. My hcg levels were at 80,000 right before I took Misoprostol, and 2,000 afterwards. My levels got back down to zero at the end of November. I got my first period in the begining of Dec. albeit very short. I had a second short period about two weeks later, and one real period in January.

It's been 43 days since I have gotten my next period. I'm worried because I had been using a fertility monitor which showed I never ovulated for the first 24 days. Now I have a thick white discharge, and very swollen breasts and stomach. I keep expecting my period to come, but I've been like this for a few days, but no bleeding or cramping. I took a pregnancy test and I am not pregnant.

What could be wrong with me? Are my hormones completely out of whack? I am trying really hard to get pregnant, and this whole situation has been so hard. But if I am not ovulating I'm wondering if I need something to kick start it, like Clomid?

Thank you...
