Depression is not a disease itâs a behavioural alteration..You need to ge out of it..Meet some neurologist and start taking some drug like tricyclic antidepressants..It will take time to be effective...mean while You should do some stress relieving breathing exercises and activities to keep you involved to avoid resurfacing of depression..Meet more people and go on frequent breaks to avoid the monotony....You can have sessions with the psychiatrist to help you out...
