For the past few days I am not my self. I cry and think that I am dying? I do not know whats happening? Although I have a lot of personnel problems, I am thinking that's why i feel like i feel. I need to know whats going on inside my body? Can you please help me?

Thanks for using this forum...

Depression is not a disease it’s a behavioural alteration..You need to ge out of it..Meet some neurologist and start taking some drug like tricyclic antidepressants..It will take time to be effective...mean while You should do some stress relieving breathing exercises and activities to keep you involved to avoid resurfacing of depression..Meet more people and go on frequent breaks to avoid the monotony....You can have sessions with the psychiatrist to help you out...
