I lost about 15 pounds in 2 1/2 months and then all the sudden for about 3 months I haven't lost any... I've gained a little bit of weight back even though I'm jogging and eating healthy. Could it be I'm losing inches but not weight? It's just so frustrating because I'm not seeing much of a difference.
Well I do not know which foods you are taking because high carbs and fast foods always increase weight instead of losing it . If you think you are taking light foods and exercise is also not losing weight then you need to discuss with your doctor who would suggest you better meditation .
On this little post im not able to give you any advise or suggestion but i can write some tips to fight over weight.
Regular work out for 30 mints,
Use fresh fruits.
Eat raw & boiled vegetables,
Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day,
don't take rest after eating lunch,
Drink juice after every 2 hour to keep energy at a certain level.
But there is also the fact that for many people the health risk they have is true hunger/starvation. ANY food is better than no food. And to waste a source of calories by throwing them in the garbage (especially after we have wasted water and other resources to produce it!) is just horrible.
