Q: not getting pregnant

i'm am soon to be 42 and i have yet to concieve... I have a tilted uterus. i've had my tubes checked and they came out clear to concieve... So whats the problem? should i simply give up and give in to the fact that i may never have a baby??????????? its not fair.. i see so many young girls having babies and yet i still have none whats going on? can you give me any explanation?
