There are several factors to consider before you start to worry. You said you got married last year but didn't say exactly when. Most doctors do not consider a couple infertile until they have tried for eighteen months to have a baby without success. So you may be worrying for nothing if it has not been that long.
Also, if you were on any kind of hormonal birth control before you got married, it can take a while for your fertility to return.
If your periods are regular, you can figure out the days that you are most fertile. (There are plenty of websites that can tell you how to do this.) You should make sure you have sex on those fertile days.
If your husband wears briefs underwear, try to get him to switch to boxers. Too much heat in that area can kill off some of his sperm.
If you are overweight, getting to a normal weight can help your chances of becoming pregnant. Being overweight can cause hormonal changes that lower your chance of conceiving a baby.
If you still think you need to have a test done, I would suggest that you have his sperm tested. This is quicker, easier and cheaper than getting yourself tested for problems.
If there is no problem with his sperm, you should make an appointment with a gynecologist to check your hormone levels and get a physical exam.
Good luck and happy baby making.
