Hi,

I am just 26 and married more than 4.5 years. I am little healthy. All of sudden I started to hate sex and don't feel for sex anymore whereas I really had a nice sex life with my husband.

I am doing which I have never expected like restricting my husband from sex etc. This is happening from last 6 months and getting worse. We don't have any kids yet.

Is it a disease? If it is then how can I get rid of this and back to my normal life. Any valuable suggestion will be highly appreciated.

Thanks,
Christy

counselor
If there are no physical symptoms/pain involved...I would make an appointment with a sex therapist or even a any clinical psychologist/therapist. They may be able to find the root of your problem.

you could try new sex position or toys for something. cause after i had my kids i didn't care much about sex either then just a few days ago my husband bought a few sex toys and so far now i have the time of my life... you still have to realize you have to please him also......

Nutrition and exercise...
I am not talking about taking a walk and change your diet. Very Happy

I read that low sex drive is caused by low levels of zinc. Maybe you should try taking some zinc, or eating foods rich in zinc.

You should also try Keegle exercises (tensing your vaginal muscles)...they "wake" you up and make you a little more sensitive, especially if you do continuous reps.

Also, try to remember what made you in the mood before. Sometimes a good snuggle and making the first move makes you want to even more.
