not feeling good all morning

I woke up & was fine then all of a sudden my stomach started hurting I started having cold sweat & then I had the sudden urge to use the bathroom & then I went & it was diarrhea then I had the urge to throw up & it took about 10 minutes to throw up while I was on the toilet with diarrhea & I threw up 4 times. That whole time I still had cold sweat. After throwing up I felt a slight relief but still diarrhea then I fell asleep & now I am awake again & I feel the same way. Idk what is wrong please help
