Bloody urine one day only ( according to doctor quite a bit) no blood before and just in urine. Doctor checked for bacterial infection and there was none ( three times with urine samples) Urologist did a cytosophy and said it looked like an infection, I could see red patches on the screen. He did a swipe and the results came out not definite and so I am to wait a month and repeat the test. Of course I am scared it could be cancer . The urologist spent less than five minutes with me( not an exaggeration) so I did not talk with him . Instead his nurse called and was the one who said I was to repeat the special urine test in a month. . The pain I have seems to get worse as the day goes on and drink water, but is pretty continous. I feel parched and complained to both doctors it's as if my lips are shriveled. I had it seems, but for a shorter period, last spring, and without the blood, the pain in the same area. At that time I had a colonoscophy l, and also at that time a I want to say cat scan, but what it was exactly I don't know but it showed only a tiny ( 1 mm) kidney stone. The bloody urine happened on the 11th of May and the pain has continued pretty much since then. . I am just drinking water as a beverage, but want to know if there is anything I could take to sooth the bladder, which would not irritate my kidneys or bladder and would be ok in this situation. I was told there is nothing to take or do . Thank you very much . The only other thing I can say, is just for a tiny time each, I had a feeling of vertigo, but it only happened two or three times and that is it.
