I have been with my current boyfriend for 1 yr 1/2 now, and we are still having problems getting my to lubricate during sex. we have to use store bought lubricants and reapply them atleast three or four times during sex. we've tried longer foreplay, but it doesnt seem to help. I dont want to bring this up with him, because this has caused a lot of tension in our relationship. but i was wondering, i am attracted to him becasue i love him, but im not sure that i am physically attracted to him as much as i used to be. could this have an effect? I had this same problem with and ex who was abusive, and just thought it was because i was always nervous and frightened around him, but my currents b/f is not the same. is there anything i can do to solve this problem?

You have to be more than just attracted to a boy or man to really get into sexual heat...His touch makes you squirm with passion, you can't spread far enough...You want it to go on and you find that sexual lust is actually delicious....

When you said you were not as much physically attracted to him as you used to be, IMO you said it all...This is the reason for many marriages breaking up and affairs starting...Being in love and staying in love is not easy....I had sexual hunger for my husband from the first day I met him and still do....It is the secret to happiness....

Honey, remember this and you will be a happy woman...Never, marry for money or if you are in "like with someone"....Marry for lust and sexual hunger with love as a hot kicker....You will then join me and be the happiest woman in the world...

Have a good life...

ASTRO GLIDE! Best lubricate in the universe! Some women at one time or other, and in some cases everytime...can not get wet on their on. Various medications, age, menopause and lots of other factors play a role in not being able to lub on your own. I do agree with Caroline though on her point, if you aren't attracted to him, it sho nuff ain't gonna happen. Try to think back to what attrated you to him in the first place. Try to remember what it use to be like. Have you always done this, you mentioned it happend with an ex boyfriend? You could also talk to you gyno Dr. Hope you find what you are looking for!

its ok
sometimes you have to go on and beyond with your imagination in bed with your partner to keep a spark. not having natural lubrication could be completely normal! it could be that your body is going through some changes and simply will not produce enough!
also females have to not only be in the physical state of mind. but emotional state too! i have the same problem! you have to find ways for you to be physically AND emotionally in the mood for that self lubricating effect to kick in. try using your imagination. go over and beyond and experiment with your sex lives. even if it takes being surrounded by candles and flowers, or even pull out the wips and chains. DONT BE ASHAMED if you cant get to that point! really, i have the same problem! it just takes a little more effort for the right state of mind to get there!
hope this helped you! good luck!
