I had intercourse 11 months back with CSW with two condoms.I don't know if protection failed.I had UTI after that although had UTI before also.IT became more intense.

Had tonsil infection since then which makes my throat look meaty.Sore throat is mainly in mornings and when i don't take anything for longtime.

I have had occasional burning but there are no penile sore or ulcer or irritation, just occasional burning sensation.

I feel fatigued throughout most of the day.

I have tested at 15 days with RNA,3.5 months by HIV 1,2 DUO,5 months ELISA,6 MONTHS ELISA 7 MONTHS ELISA AND PCR,7.5 MONTHS TRIDOT,8 MONTHS BY HIV 1,2 DUO(CMIA P24 ANTIBODY ANTIGEN),10 MONTHS ELISA from the date of exposure all with NEGATIVE results.

Do i need to take a CD4 count or a HIV RNA OR DNA since i have not been able to eliminate TONSIL infection for past 10 months.

I consulted the ENT and ran the complete course of medication. But TONSIL INFECTION resurfaced again.

How can i reach the root cause of problem

Hello and welcome to e health forum.

Since the repeated HIV tests that you have undergone, are negative, it is certain that you do not have HIV infection.

There is no need to repeat any form of other tests like CD4 count, which have no role in diagnosis of HIV Infection.

What you have appears to be a chronic case of tonsillitis.

You should consult a ENT surgeon who can examine your oral cavity, and probably a surgical excision of the tonsil involved might be very helpful.
