Q: Nose & throat irritation

My wife and I were cleaning and were PROPERLY using 3M canned air duster spray about 6 days ago. I had no ill effects, but she started complaining immediately about throat irritation. We figured it was possibly the dust being stirred up in the air bothering her, but now it is 6 days later, her throat is very sore, and she coughed up a little blood this morning.
She's already been to the doctor a few days ago about this, and they wrote it off as normal. She is a singer, and cannot perform as a result of this. We're having a hard time finding answers. Can someone help?
