Q: Nose swelled and widened overnight

I'm not sure what has happened, but my nose has grown larger overnight and is now round rather than pointy and also wider. I have no symptoms or pain but am confused as to how and why this happened - I am a 19 year old female and am not using any new skin products.

This happened to me a few weeks ago and the swelling went down within a day. Now it has happened again but has stayed this way for three days and is not responding to ice. Please help!
