Q: nose scabbing

My nose started off dry on the inside from blowing my nose. Now it has scabbed up inside my nose and has yellow puss and bleeds when I blow my nose. I had it for about almost 2 months and hasn't gone away. What can I do to get rid of the scab? My right nostril is kind of hard.
