Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help
diagnose this problem.
Whenever i'm in remotely cold weather, my
nose turns extremely red or sometimes
purple. I don't mean below freezing
cold, but anything below 55 degrees (f)
seems to make it happen. The symptoms
look a little like rosacea, but it only
happens when i'm in cold weather.
I understand lots of people get red noses
when they're in the cold, but a shade of
purple doesn't seem quite normal, nor does
the severity. Once I get back into a
warmer building the symptoms will
eventually subside, so I think it must
have something to do with the blood
vessels in my nose dillating or something.
Could this be an early sign of
rosacea?
If anyone could help me out I would
appreciate it.
