Q: Nose Bleeds and headaches

Hi,

Over the past few months, I have had several headaches(most likely due to not taking my geodon). I have also had approximately 30-100mg of blood discharge with the mucus from my nose twice(I think). The mucus that I have been blowing out, in between and after the discharges, has been chunky with small clumps of blood in it(By that, I mean almost every time). The bloody mucus started about a week after I overstressed my body, which caused a bright blurry spot in the left hand side of my field of vision. I went to a neurologist and he said it was nothing to worry about, but he did not know about the nosebleeds. I would also like to add that I have had 2 ingrown toenail surgeries in the past year, and the last one was about 2 months ago. Could it be an infection from that? Would it be wise to get an MRI? Thank you very much.
