I Had no trauma i have never done cocaine i am extremly healthy 25 yr old male. I eat a balanced diet and exercise every day. I was in the Marine Corps. for 5 years i know i am being healthy. Im not over weight and nothing in my lifestyle has changed in the last 2 years except 1 month ago i quit smoking. At first i coughed up all kinds of yellow phlem and mucus. That stopped and on the 2nd week i felt great. Running was easier workouts were easier i could smell things again. THen one night i went to bed and woke up with what i thought was a runny nose. I bleed for about 5 min. Then again two days later while relaxing on the couch after dinner. Then again today in the shower. It is always self resolving with in 5 min or so, i don't feel dizzy or have head achs when it happens or after. I felt really sick today like i had a cold but no fever, or cold symtoms just general weakness and what feels like a sinus headach. Is this normal to happen after you quit smoking or is this something else
