I just had some blood work done and one of the things tested was my testosterone level. Mine came in at 522.18 ng/dl total. The form says that "normal" is between 175-781 ng/dl but I find that kind of deccieving as it takes into account men of all ages and I know testosterone is something that decreases with age.

So is 522 ng/dl a normal testosterone level for a 25 year old? These were blood results that were mailed to me (something my employer offered for free) and so there was no doctor for me to speak with.

Thanks
