I'm 15 and just started my second period. My first period was light and lasted about 7 days with 3 days of light brown discharge following the 7 days. When i got my second one the first day was light, the second day was moderate and the third day was heavy, on my fourth day it was light again and on the morning of my 5th day it seemed done there wasn't even any discharge. All of a sudden it began very heavily again is that normal?

Just starting your period they can be very abnormal, dont worry too much. But if you just did start getting them you should begin to see a gynecologist anyway. Now is the time to start.
