Q: Normal penis sizes?

What is the normal range of penis sizes for a 18 year old? i was curious because there is always a question in the locker room about too big penis versus too small? plus, does penis size differ by ethnicity? I always hear indians and other asians have the smallest penile sizes, white people have the middle range and black people with the largest? is true or it is just pure b.s?

i think the ethnicity part is true. but not all the time. i think in a general survey thats how they come to those kinds of conclusions? i think the normal size range for a white male is like between 5-8 inches while erect? maybe? idk. just trying to help =p.
