Q: Normal menstrual cycle length

i had brown discharge for 2 days then like a brownish red blood for a day then brown discharge for 2 more days now it pink this has been going on for a week now and started 9 days before my period is due and there is no sign of my period what could this be?

No data was given about the normal length of the menstrual cycle, which is the time from the start of the last period till the day before the start of the next period. Normal length of menstrual cycle is 21-35 days. What you experienced might be your normal menstrual period that only came earlier. The brown discharge is usually due to the bigger quantity of degraded blood and tissue in the discharge. That would explain the fact that you do not have your period when expected.
