Norforms is used by women for neutralizing the bad odor coming from the vagina. It contains the following substances: PEG-20, PEG-32, PEG-20 Stearate, Benzethonium Chloride, Methylparaben, Lactic Acid, Fragrance, Neutresse - Odor Synthesis. Most of them have aromatization and antiseptic action. Those with antiseptic activity (including Benzethonium Chloride) may have spermatocidic (kills the spermatozoids) action also. So I wouldn’t recommend that you use Norforms while trying to conceive. I can also advise you to stop smoking and drinking alcohol.

If you can’t conceive for more than a year you may want to ask for medical attention from a gynecologist.
