Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Your symptoms could be due to probable hormonal derangements, thyroid hormone imbalance, infections, uterine problems etc. You should consider visiting a gynecologist/obstetrician for further evaluation and investigations (hormonal and blood work-up, ultrasound scan, Vaginal smear/swab test) to look for the underlying cause. Treatment as needed (based on examination and investigation findings) would be started to help you control bleeding and regulate your periods. Be in regular follow-up with your treating gynecologist/obstetrician.
Take care.
