Q: Non-stop dream disorder?

I have been a great sleeper all my life, and usually had about 1-2 dreams a month that I could recall after waking, but not anymore..

The last two months I have developed some weird problem that keeps me from getting sound sleeps. I dream! I dream the whole night! I dream the whole night from the second I fall asleep to the second I awake, all night long and I am aware of it all while I'm dreaming, I remember it all after waking, and its causing these weird painful sharp headache pains!

Its almost like another full day now, not like a quiet peaceful sleep.

Is there a name for this, or is this a symptom of something?

I'm 21, male, no known problems other then some anxiety and stress.

On no medication, don't drink, decent diet, no caffeine, no changes to account for this.

Non-stop dreams also!
All i know is i'm 13 and i've been dreaming every single day for the last 3 weeks and it's horrible because i remember mine too! i still remember a dream i had when i was 4. but i started teaching myself to wake up when i start dreaming unless it's not that scary or relalistic. for the last 3 i didn't go to bed at all becaue of the dreams i've been having. If you start to have problems trying to go to sleep try tequila or a drink with tequila in it because older people i see that drink it fall asleep
