The symptoms you reported (abdominal tenderness, cramps, heart burn and fingers swelling are considered non-secure signs of pregnancy. The problem is that these signs are related to changes in the female sex hormone levels in the blood which can be found in other conditions such as: Premenstrual syndrome or hormonal imbalances.
If you wait for several more days your menstrual period might start which indicates that the symptoms were related to premenstrual syndrome.
Irregularities in the menstrual period (length, quantity of blood loss, unusual changes in the blood color) might indicate a hormonal imbalance.
You might want to visit your gynecologist for a physical examination. Laboratory tests might be needed to check for a hormonal imbalance or pregnancy. However, the most accurate examination to confirm or to rule out pregnancy is an ultrasound scan performed by a gynecologist.
