Mad i moved to years ago and i still can't manage to get myself a phsyciatrist but they are happy to just up my dosage but no help when things go wrong. i to have had and still do the suicidal thoughts and just hope that i am never going to act on m but try to tell someone who does not have the thoughts and it's hard for them to comprehend. all you have to remember is try talking to your pdoc and explaine how the situation is making you feel.
