Hi everyone,
I have had serious panic attacks for the past year. My heart starts pounding, I get dizzy, and feel like I can't breathe. I went to the ER the first time, and have had an EKG. On one level, I know I'm fine and healthy (I'm 22, and am overweight by 3 pounds, which isn't a huge deal). On another, I'm constantly convinced I'm having a heart attack or pulmonary embolism.

Tomorrow I'm supposed to go to a theme park with family. I'm convinced I'll have a panic attack there and ruin the day. Either that, or I'll go on a wild ride and have a heart attack and die. I'm an absolute nervous wreck. I'm not interested in medications, does anyone have any suggestions to help me calm down?
