Non itchy recurring rash

For the last month or so, I have had a rash on my neck and chest that is not itchy and sometimes results in whiteheads. I have been washing it with phisoderm and using neosporin and sometimes tea tree oil on it. I have not used any perfumes or heavily scented soaps, or changed shampoos recently. It looks a lot worse than it actually is. I have a swollen lymph node on the right side of my neck and a constant dull headache. I do not know if these are related or not. Any idea of what this could be?
