Q: noisy stomach

I have noises coming from my abdomen, kind of like swallowing or gurgling from the past few 3-4 months. I dont have any kind of pain or any other sympton. Just the noises from the stomach and bloating at times. I have gone to the doctor. he prescribed some Pro-biotics (Align) but that is not helping. Please advise
