I know I have Irritable Bowel Syndrom.....have had it since I was a teenager but back then the doctors called it "Collitis"......

I also get a lot of noise......bubbyly feeling from the lower bowel.....always have gas......always have a hard time in emptying the colin when I do go to the washroom....

Sometimes I get the feeling that there is a movement at the rectum wanting to come out but can't......sometimes I can feel like a leakage of bowel coming out of me....in fact the other day that happened and there was a spot of blood too.....first time I have ever seen the blood (pinky in colour & not a lot at all)....noises & bubbly feeling is in the upper & lower bowel but mostly in lower....

When the IBS hits me a lot of times I will pass water (from the rectum) then solid bowel then more water.....sometimes just water comes out (just like I am peeing from the rectum)......lots of cramping but I mostly get that when I have a IBS attack and odd time even when it isn't an attach....I am very concerned with this...to me it isn't normal.....IS IT?????? Thank you
