Nodules on Thyroid & Lymph Nodes in neck (Ultrasound below)

Right Lobe: 4.6 x 1.4 x 1.7 cm
.3 x .2 x .3 cm hypoechoic nodule in lower lobe
smaller nodules present as well

Let Lobe: 4.8 x 1.5 x 1.7 cm
.6 x .3 x .57 meters - hypoechoic nodule at lower pole (did they make a mistake or can in be measured in meters - does the equate to 10+ cm????

Glandular echotexture in heterogeneous and multinodular

Lymph nodes are seen in neck bilaterally with the largest on the left corresponding to a palpable abnormality and measures 1.5 x .5 x .8 cm

Diagnosis: Multinodular gland without dominate nodule

Bilateral indeterminate cervical nodes

They are sending me to a ENT Specialist for completer removal of thyroid and lymph nodes - should I use ent specialist or cancer doctor????
